DeSoto ISD Releases Latest Episode of Eagle Insights Podcast Featuring Student Voices from the Triple-A Experience
DeSoto Independent School District (DeSoto ISD) proudly announces the release of the latest episode in its engaging monthly video podcast series, Eagle Insights, hosted by the district’s Chief Communications Officer, Tiffanie Blackmon-Jones. This installment focuses on amplifying student voices from across the district’s signature Triple-A Experience—Academics, Arts, and Athletics.
Continuing the series’ mission of spotlighting the people and programs that make DeSoto ISD thrive, this episode features a compelling conversation with six standout scholars representing all three pillars of the Triple-A Experience model:
- Academics: Evonne Foo, Valedictorian and Early College High School Grad and Daniel Elguea, TCU Community Scholar and Early College High School Grad
- Athletics: Cameron Paul, DeSoto High School Eagles Basketball Standout and Mississippi State Basketball Signee and Taryn Bailey, state qualifying track athlete
- Arts: Harmony Flood, Early College Scholar and Dance Artist and McKenzie Fernandes, Softball Scholar-Athlete and Dance Artist
In this episode, viewers and listeners will hear directly from these students as they share their personal journeys, discuss balancing school with extracurricular commitments, and reflect on how DeSoto ISD is helping them pursue their goals and reach their full potential.
