DeSoto Independent School District
invites parents, guardians, and families to attend the Fall 2025 Parent
Conferences and Title I Open House Nights scheduled across the district’s
campuses. These events provide an opportunity for families to connect with
teachers and staff, discuss student progress, and learn about campus programs
and resources that support academic success.

“These events are a valuable
touchpoint in our partnership with families,” said Dr. Usamah Rodgers,
Superintendent of Schools. “Parent Conferences allow us to collaborate directly
with parents to ensure students are supported both at home and at school. Our
shared goal is to help every student achieve their highest potential.”
Parents are encouraged to attend their
child’s campus event to receive updates on academic progress, explore resources
available through Title I programming, and engage in conversations about
student growth and achievement.
