DeSoto ISD Announces May Schedule for Board of Trustees Meetings and New Leadership Installation
DeSoto ISD is pleased to announce the schedule for the Board of Trustees’ meetings throughout May 2026. These gatherings serve as a vital platform for communication between board trustees, district administration, and the local school community.
This month’s agenda is highlighted by the official certification of the May 2nd election and the installation of newly elected trustees, alongside regular sessions dedicated to student achievement and district operations.
May Meeting Calendar
All meetings will be held at the Instructional Support Center (ISC) Boardroom, located at 200 E. Beltline Road, starting at 6:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
- May 7: Special Called School Board Meeting
- May 11: Election Canvassing and Trustee Swearing-in Ceremony
- May 18: DeSoto ISD Monthly Progress Monitoring Meeting
- May 26: Monthly Business Board Meeting
