I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am entering my seventh year in education; of which I have served the last two as a counselor.  I hold a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Dallas Baptist University and master's degree in Education from Southern New Hampshire University. It is my belief that the role of School Counselors is to assist with the interests and issues related to the stages of student growth in the areas of academic, career, and personal/social development.  I am excited to embark on this new year with Desoto ISD, and believe it is an honor to serve Desoto’s students, parents, and the entire learning community.
