This DeSoto ISD school community update clarifies that Monday, June 19, 2023, was deemed a federal holiday in summer 2021 following the approval of the 2022-2023 academic calendar.
The district will be closed for summer school, summer enrichment camps, and district administrative business on Monday, June 19, 2023.
The district will reopen for regular business on the summer hours schedule from 7a to 5:30p on Tuesday, June 20. Please also see next week's adjusted board meeting schedule as listed below:
