Research, Evaluation, and Design

The Department of Research, Evaluation, and Design is responsible for the timely collection, validation and reporting of data for campus, district, and community stakeholders. The department works with principals and coordinators throughout the district to provide data analysis and report student, campus, and district trends. We also coordinate HB5 Community Engagement, the District Educational Improvement Council (DEIC), the District Improvement Plan (DIP), and assist campus personnel with the Campus Improvement Plan (CIP).

Our team's expertise includes the following areas of focus:

Accountability: understanding the state’s accountability systemAssessment: development, alignment, implementation monitoring, and reporting to TEAReporting: STAAR, i-Ready, CCMR, state accountability, and ad hoc requests
